Dear Dharma Friends,
This week, Tuesday is our Beginner’s Buddhism class led by Ven. Khenpo Choephel at 7pm EST (online only). On Wednesday at 7pm EST, Chenrezig practice, online and in person. Khenpo will lead Wednesday’s practice.
Saturday is Dharma Discussion at 1:30 pm — note the time change! We will be reflecting on Nagarjuna’s Letter to a Friend. Sunday is Vajrasattva practice at 10 am. Saturday and Sunday are both online and in person.

Saturday, May 16, 1:30pm EST. Dharma Discussion Group. Online and in person. Our teachers often encourage us to discuss the teachings, sharing our knowledge, experience and resources with one another in order to refine our understanding and support one another’s growth on the path. We will be reflecting on Nagarjuna’s Letter to a Friend. Sunday, May 17, 10am EST. Vajrasattva practice. Online and in person. This is a foundational and ongoing training to purify our negative actions, mental disturbances, harmful tendencies and mistaken views by invoking the yidam Vajrasattva in a meditative visualization practice. Join us on Zoom.
