TRTCC Upcoming Practices, May 20 – 24, 2026

Dear Dharma Friends,

This week, Tuesday’s Beginner’s Buddhism class is on pause while Khenpo Choephel is traveling. On Wednesday at 7pm EST we have Green Tara practice, online and in person. Lama Kalsang will lead Wednesday’s practice.

Saturday is Dharma Discussion at 1:30 pm — note the time change! We will be reflecting on Nagarjuna’s Letter to a Friend. Sunday is Vajrasattva practice at 10 am. Saturday and Sunday are both online and in person.

The new center is located at 1660 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131

May the illumination of wisdom teachings shine through all obscurations of our mind, and may our practices be beneficial to all beings!

Wednesday, May 20, 7pm EST. Green Tara practice. Online and in person. Green Tara, the meditation deity in female form, embodies the wisdom energies of compassionate fearlessness. This yidam practice helps us remove fears and obstacles, and cultivates the connection to her feminine energy of compassion and wisdom through visualization and chanting.  Ven. Lobpon Lama Kalsang will lead. Join us on Zoom.

Saturday, May 23, 1:30pm EST. Dharma Discussion Group. Online and in person. Our teachers often encourage us to discuss the teachings, sharing our knowledge, experience and resources with one another in order to refine our understanding and support one another’s growth on the path. We will be reflecting on Nagarjuna’s Letter to a Friend. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to bring the wishes of our precious teachers to fruition as we integrate the teachings into our daily lives. Join us on Zoom.

Sunday, May 24, 10am EST. Vajrasattva practice. Online and in person. This is a foundational and ongoing training to purify our negative actions, mental disturbances, harmful tendencies and mistaken views by invoking the yidam Vajrasattva in a meditative visualization practice. Join us on Zoom.
