Dear Dharma Friends,
This week on Tuesday, Beginner’s Buddhism class returns online with Ven. Khenpo Choephel at 7pm EST. On Wednesday at 7pm EST we will have Lama Chöpa practice and Tsök, in celebration of Lord Kyobpa Jigten Sumgön’s parinavana, online and in person. Practioners attending in person are encouraged to bring tsök offerings (fruit, sweets, nuts, etc). Khenpo will lead Wednesday’s practice.
On Saturday we have Achi Chokyi Drolma practice at 10am EST.

On Sunday, June 14, Venerable Khenpo Choephel will guide us in a 1 day Silent Meditation Retreat at the new center. Its purpose is to help us find awakened mind – a perfect solution for our afflictive emotions. Registration link is below.

Morning: 10am – 12pm
Afternoon: 1:30pm – 5pm

Tuesday, June 9, 7pm EST, Beginners Buddhism. Online only. Ven. Khenpo Choephel is teaching a weekly zoom class that will cover the fundamentals of Buddhist philosophy and practice. All levels of practitioners are welcome! Join us on Zoom.

Wednesday, June 10, 7pm EST. Lama Chöpa practice and Tsök. Online and in person. Jigten Sumgön (1143–1217) was one of Tibet’s greatest Vajrayana masters and the founder of the Drikung Kagyu lineage. A direct spiritual descendant of Gampopa, he is celebrated for his profound realization, compassion, and skill in guiding students to recognize the true nature of mind. His teachings continue to inspire practitioners worldwide more than 800 years after his lifetime. Ven. Khenpo Choephel will lead. Join us on Zoom.
